Modification of Ball Mill Open Drive Gear Lubrication System
Overview
The transmission system of the ball mill adopts the gear edge transmission device. Generally speaking, the cost of the ball gear transmission gear pair accounts for 10%-15% of the whole mill cost. It is characterized by a large gear diameter and is difficult to replace and repair.
The lubrication of large and small gears is the core of the long-term safe and stable operation of Boa positive grinding machine. The poor lubrication of the transmission gear pair can cause the life of the transmission gears to be sharply shortened. Doing a good job of lubrication of the ball gear of the ball mill has a special and important practical significance for prolonging its service life, improving the utilization rate of the mill equipment, ensuring the performance of the equipment and reducing the maintenance cost.
1. Lubrication status of open drive gear of ball mill
The open drive gear of the ball mill is currently in manual refueling mode, and the lubricating oil used is floss oil. A fuel filler is provided on the gear cover of the mill, and an appropriate amount of lubricating oil is poured into the opening from time to time according to experience. This method has the following disadvantages:
(1) The interval between refueling is too long, and the uniform distribution of lubricating oil cannot be ensured when refueling, which may easily lead to poor lubrication. Fast wear and tear, short service life and high production cost;
(2) There is no measurement, and each time the oil is added by manual estimation, affected by various factors such as the worker's experience, the error is great, the waste is much, and it is easy to under-lubricate;
(3) The leakage is very large, which has a great impact on the on-site health and affects the equipment compliance;
(4) When refueling, people stand by the base, there is oil pollution nearby, and the body is rotating, which is extremely unsafe. For all of the above reasons, the lubrication effect of the ball mill is not good.
In order to maintain good lubrication, extend equipment life, reduce production costs, improve operating environment, reduce downtime, improve the operating rate of the ball mill and the entire process capacity, the concentrator proposed a split drive gear lubrication system for overhaul of the ball mill. The transformation plan, comparing the products of several lubrication equipment manufacturers, we installed a KPY-type automatic injection lubrication device on the ball mill.
2, KPY-ш type automatic injection lubrication system
working principle
KPY-ш type automatic injection lubrication system works. When the lubricating machine is working, the compressed air is divided into two paths through the filter, the gas main valve and the triple piece: one through the oil pump control valve and the pressure reducing valve to enter the oil pump as the power of the oil pump; the other directly reaches the nozzle plate through the pipeline, and the nozzle plate is according to the The width of the lubricating oil gear surface is installed with a certain number of nozzles. The oil pump uses compressed air as the power to pump the oil out of the oil tank and reaches the nozzle plate through the overflow valve. When the lubricating machine is working, the lubricating oil and the compressed air are mixed and sprayed into the mist at the nozzle, and evenly attached to the force receiving surface of the gear to form a tough oil film, so that the gear maintains a good lubrication state, and the sensors of the respective lubrication points are simultaneously The lubrication condition of each lubrication point is fed back to the main control system, and the main control system processes the feedback information and gives an alarm to the fault information. When the lubrication work of each lubrication point is finished, the main control system will stop the operation of the oil pump and the air compressor, and stop the work of each field oil (fat) nozzle, and enter the lubrication interval time (large cycle time). The automatic lubrication system has completed the first lubrication process. When the first lubrication interval (large cycle time) is completed, the automatic lubrication system will restart the second lubrication process and repeat the cycle lubrication.
Chain control: In the lubrication process, if the equipment of a lubrication point is stopped due to inspection, the automatic lubrication system will stop the lubrication of the lubrication point of the equipment, which needs to be completed by the interlock signal of the ball mill equipment and the automatic lubrication system.
Parameter adjustment: parameters such as lubricant demand and lubrication interval (large cycle time) of each lubrication device lubrication point can be modified by text display.
Fault alarm: Sound and light alarm can be output through the sound and light alarm on site. Fault query: can be queried through the text display.
The most important feature of the KPY-type injection lubrication machine is that each injection is designed with a solenoid valve. When the lubrication machine is working, the solenoid valve of the nozzle is opened in turn, and only one nozzle is working at a time. The fuel injection lubricating machine can also accurately control the fuel injection amount of each nozzle according to the total volumetric flow sensor.
Another feature of the KPY-type injection lubrication machine is that both the air compressor and the oil pump are designed in two ways.
The injection process of KPY-U type oil-lubricating machine is as follows: the working power of the air compressor is turned on, the air compressor is turned on, and the air pressure reaches the set value, the system opens the solenoid valve and the total valve of the first nozzle. The front jet of the first nozzle is performed, and then the fuel injection of the first nozzle of the oil pump valve view is opened, and when the nozzle is injected with oil, the pulse of the volumetric flow sensor is accumulated by the PLC, when the accumulated amount of lubricating oil reaches the nozzle After the painting process (if the nozzle is not able to reach the fuel injection amount set by the nozzle due to nozzle betting, oil tank shortage, etc., the PLC will enter the post-jet process unconditionally after the maximum fuel injection time is counted, and report malfunction). The first nozzle is injected, the first nozzle valve is closed, the second nozzle valve is opened, and the second nozzle is injected as described above, so that the last nozzle is sprayed.
The KPY-U type oil-injection lubricating machine can simultaneously lubricate 6 mills and automatically control whether the mill's spray plate works according to whether each mill is running. Although the KPY-type oil-injection lubricating machine can provide lubrication to the open gears of multiple mills, since only one nozzle is injected at each moment, the oil pump of the system is not required to be too good. Pneumatic piston pump, when the nozzle is unblocked, the pump provides a certain amount of lubricating oil. When the nozzle is blocked, the oil pump does not produce oil, the pressure is gradually increased, and the increased oil pressure can clear most of the slight blockage, which makes the lubrication more reliable.
The core of the electric control box is a programmable logic controller (PLC), which is responsible for all the control of the fuel injection lubricating machine. It has the advantages of high reliability, strong control ability, and providing fault alarm. Its connection relationship with the outside is simple and clear. Easy to master.
