Method for repairing tooth surface damage

2. When the surfacing method is used to repair gear wear and severe pitting or spalling, it may be considered to be repaired by surfacing. In general, large-scale and important gear damage can be significantly economically profitable by surfacing, and production can be resumed as quickly as possible. The process of gear surfacing is: pre-weld annealing→cleaning→welding→machining→heat treatment→finishing.
The gear anti-rust repairing agent has the characteristics of normal temperature coating, no solvent, thin oil film, can be used for rust prevention and long-term storage in the process, good miscibility with lubricating oil, and no need to clean when unsealing. Usually divided into two types of immersion type and coating type.
1. Immersion type can be fully immersed in a plastic bottle filled with gear anti-rust repair agent, and a corrosion inhibitor with a mass fraction of 2% or less can be added to the oil, but it is necessary to add anti-oxidant frequently to make the oil Not oxidative deterioration.
2. The coated type can be used directly for coating thin oil varieties. More corrosion inhibitors need to be added to the oil, and several corrosion inhibitors are required to be used in combination. Sometimes, a tackifier such as polyisobutylene is added to improve the viscosity of the oil film. If it is matched with the outer packaging, it can be used for long-term storage in the room, and the anti-rust effect is good.
