Welding repair of gears can be divided into electric welding and gas welding. Surfacing repairs the gears, the operation is simple, and the repair quality is good.
Screw toothing method: Remove the worn and worn gears, clean them, measure the root thickness with a vernier caliper, and flatten and clean the toothed parts with a file. According to the thickness of the root, a screw of the corresponding diameter is used, and the thread length is not shorter than 1.5 to 2 cm. Then use a bench drill to drill a hole of the same diameter as the screw at the gear drop and tap it with a tap. The screw is selected to be screwed into the screw hole, and then the screw which is higher than the top portion of the tooth is sawed by a hacksaw, and then the same tooth as the original tooth shape is processed by the boring tool, and then it can be used.
